Processing and Handling Time * **Order Cutoff Time:** Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Noon) EST Monday through Friday will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends, will begin processing the following business day. * **Handling Time:** All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within **1 to 2 business days**. * We do not process or ship orders on major US holidays. ### 3. Transit and Delivery Times * **Delivery Window:** Once shipped, standard delivery across the United States takes **3 to 7 business days**. * **Total Estimated Delivery:** You can expect your package to arrive within 4 to 9 business days from the moment you complete your purchase. * Please note that transit times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays or extreme weather conditions. ### 4. Shipment Tracking * As soon as your order leaves our domestic warehouse, we will send a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). * The tracking link will become active within 24 to 48 hours. Damages, Lost Packages, and Missing Items Cascadia Traders is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking shows your package is lost, please contact our support team immediately at help@cascadiatraders.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take clear photographs of the product and the shipping label so we can expedite a replacement or refund for you.
